National Mechanical Standard for Handle: JB/T7274.1-94 (GB4141.26-84 JB1357-73)
Handles are commonly called bakelite handles, bakelite handles, knobs, etc.
The handle is made of PF phenolic plastic (bakelite, bakelite) material by heating and die-casting, and the color is standard black and red.
The handle has two installation methods: A-type internal threaded hole (nut form) and B-type external wire (exposed bolt). Type A metal nesting is made of brass nesting, and Type B bolts are made of plain steel plated with blue and white zinc. Embedded inserts of different materials can also be customized according to different needs of customers. Handle order example: A type d*D, B type d*D*L.
The installation dimensions of the handle are strictly required to install the national mechanical operating parts according to the standard JB/T7274.1-1994. The specifications are: M5*16, M6*20, M6*25, M8*32, M10*40.
Bakelite handle has good insulation performance, bright surface, corrosion resistance, friction resistance, high mechanical hardness, non-toxic, and suitable for various mechanical parts.
