Hinge, also known as hinge, is a mechanical device used to connect two solid bodies and allow relative rotation between them. The hinge may be composed of a movable component, or may be composed of a foldable material. The hinges are mainly installed on doors and windows, while the hinges are more installed on cabinet furniture. According to the material classification, they are mainly divided into stainless steel hinges and iron hinges. In order to let people enjoy better, hydraulic hinges (damping hinges) have appeared. Its characteristic is to bring a buffer function when the cabinet door is closed, which minimizes the noise caused by collision with the cabinet body when the cabinet door is closed.
1. Straight bending hinge
The door panel covers all the 18mm thick side panels of the cabinet (that is, the door panel covers the side panels by 17mm), and the hinge used is a straight-bent hinge.
(1) The hinge hole distance is 110mm by default;
(2) The inner hollow depth of the hinged side plate should be greater than 70mm;
(3) The straight-bent hinge can only cover the side panel by 17mm at most, so the full cover of the side panel door with thickness of 25mm and 35mm can only cover up to 17mm.
2. Mid-bend hinge
The door panel covers half of the 18mm thick side panel of the cabinet (that is, the door panel covers the side panel by 8mm), and the hinge used is the middle-bend hinge.
(1) The hinge hole distance is 110mm by default;
(2) The inner hollow depth of the hinged side plate should be greater than 70mm;
(3) The middle bend hinge can only cover the side panel by 8mm at most.
3. Large bending hinge
The door panel does not cover the side panel of the cabinet at all (that is, the door panel covers the side panel 0mm), and the hinge used is a large-bend hinge.
(1) The hinge hole distance is 110mm by default;
(2) The inner hollow depth of the hinged side plate should be greater than 70mm;
(3) The large-bend hinge has an embedded effect relative to the side plate, and is suitable for side plates of various thicknesses.
4. 165° straight bending hinge
The 165° straight-bending hinge is the same process as the ordinary straight-bending hinge, but the door opening angle is different. The opening angle of the ordinary straight-bending hinge door panel is 90°, and the opening angle of the 165° straight-bending hinge door panel is 165°.
(1) The hinge hole distance is 110mm by default;
(2) The inner hollow depth of the hinged side plate should be greater than 70mm;
(3) The 165° straight-bent hinge can only cover the side panel by 17mm at most, so the full cover of the side panel door seat with thickness of 25mm and 35mm can only cover 17mm at most;
(4) Commonly used for corner cabinet door panels.
5. 165° large bending hinge
The 165° large-bend hinge has the same process as the ordinary large-bend hinge, but the opening angle of the door panel is different. The opening angle of the ordinary large-bend hinge door panel is 90°, and the opening angle of the 165° large-bend hinge door panel is 165°.
(1) The hinge hole distance is 110mm by default;
(2) The inner hollow depth of the hinged side plate should be greater than 70mm;
(3) The 165° large bend hinge is built-in to the side plate, which is suitable for side plates of various thicknesses;
(4) The 165° hinge also has a half cover, and the installation master does not install the 165° large-bend hinge block that is the 165° middle-bend hinge;
(5) Commonly used for corner cabinet door panels.
6, 60° hinge
The 60° hinge is only used for the connection of the middle position of the linkage door panel of the corner cabinet.
The hinge holes of the linkage door are opened on the same door panel, and the door panel on the side where the handle is installed does not have hinge holes.
7. American hinge
The installation method of the American hinge is special. The base part of the hinge is fixed on the fixed sealing plate on the same plane as the door panel. It is often used for the corner cabinet with in-line cabinets, and a part of the cabinet body is used as a fixed sealing plate.
(1) The hinge hole distance is 110mm by default;
(2) The inner space width of the hinged side plate should be greater than 72mm.
8. Flat hinge
The flat hinge is dedicated to the downturn door and needs to be used in conjunction with the downturn support.
(1) The hinge hole distance is 110mm by default;
(2) The maximum door panel height H≤450, the maximum door panel width W≤1200;
(3) It can only be used as a full-cover door, which is used for all 18/22 thick door panels, but this hinge cannot be used for aluminum frame doors;
(4) When the flap door is closed, the size of the bottom plate of the cover is 16mm-19mm;
(5) When the door is moving, the trajectory will go down and exceed the size when it is closed. It is better not to have other panels under the door. If you insist on doing it, the gap between the two should be 10mm.
